Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Workflow Developer to apply their specialized knowledge to conceptualize, design, develop, unit-test, configure, and implement portions of new business and technical software solutions through application of appropriate standard software development life cycle methodologies and processes.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Define scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components
  • Understand and use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems
  • Apply metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters
  • Be responsible for the quality of each deliverable is off the highest standard
  • Database design
  • Be able to investigate issues under tight time constraints and be able prioritise work accordingly
  • Write and maintain appropriate documentation to describe application development, logic, utilize coding library and repository tools for revisions
  • Participate in the testing process through code review and functional testing
  • Be aware of security implications when implementing solutions
  • Ensure standards are adhered to during development cycles
  • Identify performance improvements in existing functionality and recommend enhancements
  • Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience writing code using languages such as (and not limited to) C# /K2 /PL SQL/ Oracle/ Workflow Foundation
  • Experience on one or more full release project life cycles
  • Ability to work with Web development tools for new applications
  • Strong understanding of modern SCM (software configuration management)
  • Basic understanding of testing tools and unit and integration test scripting, and testing methodologies. Strong understanding basic Database Administration
  • Able to apply consistently quality and security standards
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
