Saddle Stitching
self cover

Saddle stitch self-cover is used when there is no need for a distinctive cover on the document. The cover of the book is included in the page count, which needs to be divisible by 4. This binding option is mainly used for promotional materials on heavier stock or instruction manuals on thinner paper stock. These are usually meant for short-term use, or when there is no reason for a more costly option, as the customers are only interested in the content, not its looks (instruction manuals). Saddle stitch self-cover is a cost-effective option and can be printed quickly. The process of making it is eco-friendly, as it does not use glue.
