Description:

We are searching for an energetic and self-motivated individual with excellent work ethics, organizational skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadline pressure. The chosen individual will be in charge of conducting photographic or digital procedures to convert text and images into finished pages as well as prepare them for printing.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Address all issues found in the Preflight and Planning stage
  • Ensure proper fonts are loaded and there are no font issues
  • Verify die structure is correct, and is an outside view
  • Color separate files and remove unused colors
  • Manipulate art to accommodate trap, printability, and the customer
  • Trap the file per customer specifications
  • Add require marks for printing, registration marks, targets, gray
  • Perform any CT work, to include addressing min dots, ink densities
  • Add any bar codes or SCS codes as needed
  • Evaluate for potential problems
  • Color correct, knockout and touch up photos
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Generate contract proofs
  • Work directly with clients
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Experience in printing or graphic industry preferred.
  • Proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills
