The reason for ordering a blank prototype is to be able to check if the size of the box is correct and if it will fit the product. You will get digital proof to approve the design prior to printing.

Printed prototype - When you order a printed prototype, you will also get the box cut to the finished size and shape for you to assemble. But for this proof option, the box will also have your design on it. However, it is essential to note that this prototype is made for you to check if the size of the box will fit your product and if all the elements of the design are correct and in place. Any additional embellishments (foiling, lamination, spot UV, embossing) will not be printed. You will get printed samples of our previous jobs that have the finishing options that you want. These finishing options are done on high-volume production machines, not suitable for printing just one sheet of paper.

Also, if your box exceeds a certain size, you will get the blank prototype of the box and the design printed on the flat sheet, not cut to the finished size and shape.
